Restrict team repository access management to team groups

is it possible to restrict the team repositories access management to only allow the select of groups that are in a team and not the groups in a users personal account?

Mark,

You should be able to create a group under the team's 'User groups' menu. Be sure to set this group to have 'No' access. Then, under the repository you want to give group access to, simply put the group under 'Access management' with either read/write.

This will allow only users in those select groups to have whatever access was selected.
