Regarding two step verification on my company's mail

Hi, 

 I am in a serious need of atlassian community help as my company's email account with bitbucket needs a verification code and i am not able to login since my 2 step verification is disabled. Also, i am not able to use software sourcetree and it has been a while since i am using other alternatives but i need to use my bitbucketa  account.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Regarding Sourcetree, what issues are you having? Is it related to the two-step verification? If not, can you give any more details?
