Need to create API token for an account and "Verify your identity" flow does not work

We just migrated from Google Workspace to M365 and all emails flows are working fine but the "Verify you Identity" flow to create API tokens in Atlassian.

Verify your identity

To access, enter the verification code that we emailed to: ...

 

Already checked Junk email folders and review all email rules in our servers and everything looks fine.

thanks for posting this. Can you check the following?

  1. Run an Exchange Online Message Trace for the recipient at the time the verification code was requested
  2. If the verification email appears in Message Trace, investigate Defender quarantine, Anti-Phishing policies, transport rules, or any third-party email security.
  3. If the verification email does not appear at all, Microsoft 365 never received it. The issue is likely with Atlassian’s email generation or delivery, and Atlassian Support will need to investigate.
