Email was <redacted>
It may be associated with <redacted> or <redacted>
Without access to the email account, I'm not sure if recovery will be possible. Based on what I'm seeing in this article Atlassian cannot change the email address for you as they cannot verify your identity.
Thanks,
Kian
Hello @Mark Manyen and thank you for reaching out to Community!
Just reiterating what @Kian Stack Mumo Systems said, Atlassian uses the email address to verify your ownership, so we are not able to change the email of an account if you don't have access to its primary email.
I see that the Bitbucket account associated with the email you used to post this question has repositories within its personal workspace.
If you don't remember the password of your Bitbucket account, you will need to Start a reset process. This will send a recovery link to the provided email address.
In case you also don't have access to that email, you will first need to recover the email account using any recovery options that your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc) offers. Once you get access back to your email account, you can then reset the password of your Bitbucket account.
Note: I've edited your question to remove the email address in order to protect your privacy, as this is a public forum.
Hope that helps to clarify your questions!
Thank you, @Mark Manyen !
