The MX records for my email account mXXXXXXX@corporacionXXX.com are from Microsoft, but the account says it's linked to Google.
My account is with Microsoft; many years ago, it was with Google. As you can see in the attached screenshot, it says the account is linked to Google even though I logged in with Microsoft.
I don’t want to switch accounts; I want to use the same account, which is now with Microsoft.
I can’t perform any actions on Google because the account was migrated.
MX records don’t determine how an Atlassian account signs in. Atlassian can link third-party login methods such as Google or Microsoft independently of where your mail is hosted, so an account can still show Google as linked even if your domain now uses Microsoft mail.
I’d check the account’s linked login methods at id.atlassian.com and confirm whether the account is managed by your organization, because managed accounts and Google-managed accounts can limit what the user can change directly.
If you’re trying to switch away from Google login, changing the account email can also unlink linked third-party accounts.
