I haven't yet received any invitation link from cloud factory.

I have verified my email account earlier this month, and i have received an email officially for onboarding and training is to be scheduled on 25th of march and i got a strict deadline to submit my account setup by Monday 23rd of march, but i haven't received any invitation link yet, and i am unable to setup my account.

Hi @sanjaynewar007,

If you haven't received the CloudFactory or Bitbucket invitation link yet, you can try the following steps:

1. Check your spam/junk folder carefully
2. Make sure you are checking the correct email ID used during registration
3. Ask CloudFactory support or the sender to resend the invitation
4. Try searching in your inbox with keywords like "Bitbucket" or "invitation"
5. Ensure your email inbox is not full or blocking external emails

Also, sometimes there can be delays in sending invitations from the organization side. Since your deadline is close, I would strongly recommend contacting CloudFactory support directly as soon as possible.

Since your deadline is close, I strongly recommend contacting support directly to avoid any delays in account setup.

I did report on cloud support form, they said they will look into this matter and will respond in next 48 hours. I have checked everything, searched every keywords, checked spam, trash, primary, important, social, searched welcome bitbucket every keywords but haven't found anything about invitations link and my email and temp password
