I am having trouble deleting a user account

Every time i click delete on a user account I get the following error message:

Welcome to community !!

1. I suggest first remove users product access so the user is not able to access.
   This is a bug as reported in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-22888. 
   
   
2. The workaround is that if you have admin access to the repositories, you can transfer the repositories owned by that user to a new workspace.
