How to shorten the url to repository?

I just created a new project and repository.

git clone http://bitbucket:7990/scm/test3/db_test.git

I understand that test3 is the project name. What about "scm"? Is this something that I can remove to shorten the path? Anyway to shorten the path? Thanks.
