How to Export, Data ownership and Activity List

I'm new to Trello and have a couple of questions. Your answers are appreciated.
1) Can you limit exporting CVS files on a business account? Can you limit exporting permission to specific team members or admin only?
2) Does Trello own the data and have the right to sell the info to a 3rd party?
3) When you copy board to another board ( or personal board) you don’t see it on the activity? How can I make it listed there?
