Currently, my Bitbucket/Atlassian account is associated with my old email address. I am trying to change it to my new email address. However, when I attempt to update the email, I receive a message stating that the .com email address is already associated with another Atlassian account.
It appears that an Atlassian account was previously created using my email address, possibly due to an earlier login or invitation to an Atlassian product. My active Bitbucket work and repositories are currently associated with the .in email account, and I would like to continue using only the .com email going forward.

Atlassian enforces a one-to-one relationship between an email address and an Atlassian account. The error indicates that your .com email address is already associated with another Atlassian account and therefore cannot be added to your current account.
To resolve this:
If you no longer have access to the other account, please contact Atlassian Support to request an email release or account merge.
