Configuring elastic agent capabilities with rest API

Is there any REST API endpoint to manage elastic agent capabilities?

Basically, I'm looking for a way to clone an elastic image configuration via rest API, I can see the API endpoint to retrieve the elastic image configuration. but it doesn’t return associated image capabilities.

/elasticConfiguration/{configurationId}

Found end point for agent capability but still no luck with image configuration

/agent/{agentId}/capability?includeShared
