Bamboo Data Center Version 11 Vulnerabilities

We are currently running version 11.0.8 (latest 11) on some of our servers. There are a number of vulnerabilities identified.   We're not able to upgrade to version 12 a this time. 

Will there be a, update to version 11 to resolve these vulnerabilities?

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Bamboo 11 is not a LTS version, hence there will not be any more releases for this version. You'll need to upgrade to 12 to have the vulnerabilities addressed.

We're not able to upgrade to version 12 a this time. 

in case you want to provide details what is blocking the upgrade (maybe the best would be to open a new question for doing so), Atlassian Community might be able to give some hints and/or Atlassian Support could answer specific details on how to upgrade.

Is the reason more like a lack of resources, time, knowledge - or a technical contraint your side? 

From experience breaking changes describe switching to a new Java version, other than that upgrade are quite smooth.
