post a comment on slack when a certain label is added to issue

Does anybody know how to set up this automation (if possible):

if a specific value is added to Label field

then post a comment on slack

don't repost if an other value is added to Label

solved this by adding a custom field that says if the slack-message already is posted, dont post again..
