Update Story Points Based Off Rovo Agent Score

Hi all.
I am quite new to Automation and I am trying to dynamically set the Story Points field based off the output of an AI Agent that I have created.
The Agent analyses a subset of issues and calculates an 'Overall Score' for each issue as I intended. Now I want to take that 'Overall Score' and use it to update the Story Points field for each issue that was analysed. How can I achieve this?
