Trying to add change approver

I am trying to add change approver against services in Asset management. For this I have created a group and add user permission for Jira and asset. However it is not reflecting in change approvers field.

Can you provide some more information? If it's possible, please provide a screenshot of how you have this setup in assets (including the attributes type) as well as how the Change Approvers field is configured.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It is sorted. Actually there is an issue with that field. full name for change approver group is needed.
