Hi Team,
I have this error in my automation "Could not send email, the 'To' address field is empty. If you have referenced a field it may be empty." the thing here is that the address field is the reporter of the ticket, so I can't find the error of why it is no working. All tickets have reporter.

The way your rule is constructed, it will try to send an email for each issue provided by the trigger.
And so I hypothesize that one, or more, of the issues have a Reporter / user that has either been deleted or deactivated in your Jira instance. You could test that by running the JQL from the trigger stand-alone and reviewing the reporters.
