Not able to add more projects as scope in the Rule Details

Hello, I'd like to know how to add more projects to be involved in an automation I'm creating.
"Only issues from the above projects will be considered. You can change this restriction in the 'Rule details' section." is the message I get and once I go to "Rule Details" I don't see any option to add more projects as SCOPE.
