Make JSD Daily

[SUNMI HELP DESK]

We want to make a daily report automation function, which can launch daily reports regularly every day.
The content of the daily newspaper gives you:
1. Project name
1) Support person: name
2) Unfinished ticket: quantity
Then repeat

You can create a rule for this like:

• Schedule trigger - daily
• Lookup issues - unfinished tickets
• Send Email:
  • specify To
  • reference the the issue count using {{lookupIssues.size}}

The missing part is if you had to dynamically lookup the Support person or Project.
