Jira Automation DevOps triggers are not working

My Jira project is integrated with Github and when referencing a Jira Issue in commit/branch/pull request, the Development Panel shows up as expected.  However, when I try to use a DevOps trigger, such as Branch Created, Pull Request Created, or Pull request Merged, the automation rule is not being triggered.

Thoughts?
