Hey @Danisse ,

I don't have any specific knowledge about Sailpoint but I do see it has an API 

https://developer.sailpoint.com/idn/api/v3/

Hence you could use a webhook action in Automation and then provide the correct payload to create a user.

I suggest first trying to send the correct payload outside of Jira and then adding it to an automation
