Is it possible to have an automation where fter creating an Epic it can be added on a confluence dat

I'm building a Confluence database using different Project Epics, and to avoid doing it manually every time. I wonder if an automation could help bring the Jira Epic to the Confluence database when needed.

No, it is not possible to read / update a Confluence database from a rule yet.  Here is a suggestion to add that feature, which you may watch / vote for to see progress:
