How to assign spillover comment to Open issues

How to Assign Spill Over  to the Issues in next sprint , if issues are open in current sprint.

Welcome to the community.

Ootb this is standard functionality. If a sprint is being closed there will be a question what to do with the remaining open work items, bring them to the next sprint or place them back on the backlog.

What is the purpose of adding the comment?  If you share that, perhaps the community can offer additional ideas.

You posted this question in the automation product area, and thus if your intention is to automate adding a comment to such work items / issues, that could be done with a rule triggered on Sprint Completion, branching to the ones in that sprint, AND checking if they are also in a future sprint using a JQL condition before adding the comment.
