How to add the ticket link in an email notification that I have create ?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

All - I have automation that sends email notifications to owners of the team every time a ticket is assigned to their team. I can easily add relative values like description, ticket#, priority, status etc etc. But I want to give them an option of having the Jira link so they have an option to going to the ticket directly from the notification. Cant find any value that can do this ? Is IT EVEN POSSIBLE?

@Miriyalu Archana you can use the {{issue.url}} in email body.

As Manoj said, you can use {{issue.url}} like in the example below:

However, if you are looking for better alternatives to manage and customize notifications, I'd like to suggest our app Notification Assistant for Jira. It allows users to easily customize email templates and schemas.
