How to Auto-populate Month-Year (MM/YYYY) from Actual Submission Due field In JSM forms

Can you please provide more context, what do you want to achieve.

JSM forms store date in formation in a date in field as yyyy/MM/dd, if you want to show this differently in de Due date or custom date field in the work item, you need an automation rule to convert this.

HI @Marc -Devoteam- Once I enter the date at Actual Submission Due  it was Auto-populate Month-Year (MM/YYYY) in Actual Submission Month/Year

This is not possible.

Date option is Jira are always day, month year.

Then you should create a single select list with such options.
