Creating an issue when a label is used, does not copy over summary, description or attachments

I created an automation that creates a new issue on a different board/project in the same instance when a certain label is used. It kind of works, however, it does not copy over the summary, description or attachments. So we are left with a blank card in the new board.
Any ideas?

Care to share your automation, as well as the permission schemes for the project you are creating the project to? Which actor is running the rule? What's on the rule audit log? Did you place any log inside your rule to see the values being copied?

Need to know the rest of the stuff I asked, plus the values you used inside the edit component of your automation rule.

It sounds like you might need to use Clone issue perhaps?
