Automation Rule not running

Hi,

We are using Jira 8.20.10 and wanted to check where we can review the Jira Automation logs.

We have 100's of automations and some users are complaining that their automations are not running and even after enabling "Allow Rule Trigger"

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a pattern you can see regarding those rules?

• Always the same users?
• Same project(s)?
• Same rule(s)?
• Do these rules always fail or just sometimes?
• Do they fail or just don't run?

You should be able to go to the automation itself and see on the rule (audit) what is happening.

Sometimes it's running and yeah, most of them are for same users and sometimes same projects. In Audit logs, It's showing up for the ones which are executed. Apart from this no errors, warnings nothing.
