I need to have the option to add an alert note to be integrated in an automation rule. Idea is:
Trigger: Alert status changed to "acknowledged"
If: Priority is P1
Then create an alert note with text: "Please check for customer impact and if yes, put a message on Statuspage"
Option Use the “Add Note to Alert” action via Advanced Opsgenie Action (recommended)
In Opsgenie’s automation rules:
Trigger: Alert status changed → Acknowledged
Condition: Priority equals P1
Action: Choose “Create Alert Action → Add Note to Alert”
Insert your text, for example:
“Please check for customer impact and if yes, put a message on Statuspage.”
This action appears only under Advanced Opsgenie Actions, not under Jira Automation.
Thanks @Jorge Cammarota and @Marc -Devoteam- where to find Advanced Opsgenie Actions? Don't know if I have access to it....
Under "add an action" there is a section "Advanced" but it's empty...

As menionted by @Jorge Cammarota this has to be done in automaiton.
But in the automation ot the Team (if you are on Cloud) Opsgenie is outdated.
So you will have to create a team, have incident mangement feature enabled on your JSM project.
