Hi, I have simple rules eg. after create pull request change jira issue from in progress to code review status. Since 20.03.2023 nothing happend on automation. I checked two projects and I don't have any movement in the audit log in automation section. Last time, when it worked is 20.03.2023, I didn't change anything from last two weeks. Is Jira has any problems with automations?
PS. In the Pull Request preview as you can see is 0 Jira issues, but in the PR title and commits issue is linked.
I found a few other reports of this behavior recently. We have created a new bug to track this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-666
I would encourage site-admins of paid plan sites create a support ticket in regards to this over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact
This will help us to identify the impacted customers and better prioritize a fix for this.
Thanks
Andy
I'm hope you are fix it as soon as possible, because it is really annoying when I have to change everything manually.

Same for us. Pull request created never triggered. It was working great until 20/03/23 02:11:53 pm (15000849795)

Absolutely the same problem. Pull Requests counter and statuses in Jira are updated correctly but audit log is empty (so the automation rule doesn't start).
