Hey everyone! 👋

Really glad we have a dedicated space for announcing the newest features and having discussions. 🙂

I've only tested MCP Server, so I'm not an expert on this, but I have a moderation-related question.
As forum groups have this limitation where you can post only articles and discussions, where should people ask questions about the MCP Server? I'm seeing those all around the forums, so I'm wondering if they should all be moved under Rovo Q&A or somewhere else? Here's one example.

Cheers,
Tobi

When will ChatGPT MCP connector be supported please? We have tested it and have it partially working but it only allows connection to one Atlassian Site at any one time. We have multiple clients with JSM in disparate Atlassian Sites.

Hi, we are developing a custom agent through Flowise AI and wanted to connect to Atlassian MCP Server. Can you provide us the right URL and steps(if possible) to configure in Flowise? Btw, we found the link  https://github.com/sooperset/mcp-atlassian, is it Atlassian official? Thanks.

When trying to authenticate from cursor i get this error:

"The redirect URI is not allowed, the URL is not part of Atlassian allowlisted domains for registered MCP Clients. Redirect URI cursor://anysphere.cursor-mcp/oauth/user-atlassian/callback"

@Sree Nerella , thank you guys for your help.

@Omar Osorio Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in integrating with the Atlassian MCP Server.

  • We are currently working on creating additional admin controls before we expand the allowlist, and we’ll be sure to update you once these are available.
    • This will give you more control on the domains and redirect URLs
  • We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance this experience.

If you have any further questions or need an update in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

@Bharadwaj Jannu

Hello and welcome to our community and thanks for showing the interest to start using Atlassian MCP.

This would be the right guide you can follow to start using Atlassian Rovo MCP https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-rovo-mcp-server/docs/use-atlassian-rovo-mcp-server/

Hi there, first congrats to the Atlassian due this so needs architecture in Productivity times;

When trying to authenticate from Claude I got this error:

"Something went wrong.

Close this page and try again, or raise a support request."

Tech Details
Endpoint address: https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/authorize
Redirect URI: https://claude.ai/api/mcp/auth_callback

I just confirmed that I do the correct configuration from: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-rovo-mcp-server/docs/setting-up-claude-ai/

@Sree Nerella

Thank you in advance.

@Jaderson B_ Kisiolar , a workaround is not to trigger the Claude's (or in my case Cursor's) OAuth redirect, but instead trigger a localhost redirect using this command:

`npx mcp-remote https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/sse`

I got the idea directly from the Cursor MCP Directory https://cursor.com/docs/context/mcp/directory

Hi @Omar Osorio

Thank you by the clarification. It was not clear enough what is happen. I has tried several approaches to resolves this issue, by last removing the auto integration from Claude, and adds the json key/properties in file conf - Used by Claude.

But I take another turns: find a refers working Atlassian MCP in Github to integrates It, I clonned It, install, adds It the json conf file, and It works! (I don't know if I can post the Git Url here).
