У новых пользователей блокируются аккаунты почти сразу

Почему то у новых пользователей блокируются аккаунты и не добавляются пользователи и их почты с чем это связано невозможно пригласить пользователей ??

Are you trying to invite them to your site, to a specific product (Jira, Confluence, ...)?

not really, they create tasks in jira software, if they do any actions, the account is blocked and prompted to contact support
