what is your specific question? Regarding x-ray, you have to update your server app.
Nevertheless, there might be some manual steps to be done after migration.

Regarding Workflow Toolbox, here is a documentation regarding cloud migration path.

Fist info box displays: Currently, all workflow functions have to be recreated manually after migration.
