Problem of import CSV server jira to helpdesk cloud

Hi,

I want to export all projects of my jira server to helpdesk cloud.

I have a problem when i assign fields (CSV Field > JIRA Field). Effectively, when i finish to assign and click to "Next", i have a problem "Invalid project type software : The specified project type is invalid.

 So, we can't export import from jira server to helpdesk cloud ? It's normal to have software as project. I'm lost...
