Not able to access site

I am not able to access my site https://uberinformatics.atlassian.net/. If I try to create an account it says that the site already exists.

Hello Anand,

The site was deactivated on 11-Apr-2014 09:08:29 with your user but it is waiting for deletion still, so you won't be able to create a new site with the same name until it is deleted.

If you'd like to create a new site with the same name, please create a request at support.atlassian.netand we'll be able to delete the instance so you can create the new site.

I am not able to login to support.atlassian.netwith my credentials. How long will it take for a domain to be deleted so that I can recreate it again the way I wanted?

it takes 2 weeks for the instance to be deleted once it was deactivated.

You can contact the sales team asking for the deletion of the instance using the contact page form as well: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/
