Download server backup

Hey! We backed up to the cloud and then moved tasks from next generation projects to projects that backed by the server and managed by the schema. After that, we removed all new generation projects. 48 hours have passed, we no longer have new generation projects, and the "Download server backup" button is unavailable. Can you please tell me why the button does not work?

It should be available immediately after you remove the last team managed (next-gen) project. Could it be the team managed projects are still in the trash and not deleted completely?
