Did you redesign your setup during Atlassian Cloud migration or just lift-and-shift?

I often see two approaches to Atlassian Cloud migration:

I’m curious which approach worked better in your case.

Did you use migration as an opportunity to simplify, or did you replicate existing complexity first?

We did both. Before, migration we simplified the things like apps usage and scripts. Rest was lift and shift.

Please ensure there are lot of votes on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-217, especially since Atlassian closed https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-12862. Fixing the migrate & lumped workflow is a big nightmare and it is such a pain you do not want to even know or see for even the worst enemy.
