I have an alias in this account (the old user), and Jira and google decided to use de mail alias angel.plata@autocarpe.es and not my mail javier.herrera@autocarpe.es
Next time I log in with my real mail javier.herrera@autocarpe.es not with google it creates a new account.
I would like to join the accounts.

Welcome to the community! You can update the email address linked to your Atlassian account here. However, if you already created this 2nd account, merging is not possible. (and having 2 account with the same email address is not possible either)
You can use the workrounds in this feature request or contact atlassian support if you need more assistance.
