"Link Goal" button missing

As the question goes. I have Atlas enabled, I have my goals appearing when I enter into the "goal" link in the left menu. But I can't see the Goal button appearing.

And the only way to know the goal linked is by adding the "Goal" field in the context menu  on the right (pretty bad experience IMHO).
