You don't have access to juspaynext instance

Hi support colleague, I am Edwin (HSBC DMS IT) using [email removed] to login access Juspay JIRA for DMS - Juspay project.

Having logon page, it prompted message "You don't have access to juspaynext.atlassian.net".

Appreciate if can please help on. Many thanks for your help and support.

This community is mainly made up of other Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customer's instances. You would need to ask your IT Helpdesk for assistance to get access to the instance you are trying to access. Also, please note that this is a public forum, so adding emails and other data that can expose your instance is not a good practice. I have redacted your email address and the instance name for you.
