Shouldn't goals be available in premium for all sites?

I am not able to see Goals or Projects in one of my sites.

Hello @Jessica Kordic 

Goals and Projects are platform-level features managed globally, not standard Jira Premium settings.

Have an Org Admin go to admin.atlassian.com - Apps - Platform experiences to ensure they are enabled and permissions are granted for that site.

@Jessica Kordic  - Goals & Projects should be available for all orgs (see this announcement).

As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski  mentioned Org admins can confirm they're turned on the app admin panel.

Also when posting it's always good to add screenshots/etc - I'm assuming "Projects" doesn't appear under your app switcher?
