I am reviewing a series of programs so looking for software/platform to use.  I also need to map stakeholders and responsibilities, etc., for a process flow mapping.

Great question, Kym! For program reviews, stakeholder mapping, and process flow mapping, the Atlassian suite actually covers most of this natively:

• Confluence – Ideal for program review documentation, meeting notes, retrospectives, and stakeholder responsibility matrices (RACI tables). Confluence's built-in templates make it easy to structure reviews.
• Jira with Advanced Roadmaps (Premium) – Great for cross-program visibility, tracking progress across teams, and mapping deliverables.
• Jira Product Discovery (JPD) – Useful if you're reviewing programs for prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Confluence Whiteboards – Excellent for visual process flow mapping and stakeholder diagrams directly within Atlassian.

Many teams also complement this with tools like Miro or Lucidchart (both integrate with Confluence) for more complex process flows.
