One Atlassian cloud site request

Hello,

I’m trying to request a One Atlassian cloud site, but when I click on the go/oneatlas-request link provided in the One Atlassian Overview documentation, I get redirected to the Contact Support page:

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Hi @Luigi Assenza 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. 

The link from go/oneatlas-request redirects you to Atlassian Support because you need to create a Support request to create a One Atlassian Site.

Are you an Atlassian Partner? One Atlassian is only available for Atlassian Solution and Marketplace Partners. 

If you are, you should be able to select the following:

After this, another selection:

And in the "What are you looking for?" section, select:

With this information, the request will be available to be sen,t and the One Atlassian site will be created in a few hours. 

Whenever I create one, it does not take more than 3 hours.

NOW, and this is important:

- If you do not see ANY of these options, I strongly suggest contacting Atlassian to request access to the Atlassian Partner Portal and to the Partner Program Benefits.
