1. When ever the issue is moved to dev, I could able to post on the Altas Project with the custom Message using the Jira Attributes 2. Able to see the updates of the atlas on the jira similar to compass

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
I believe an API that could make this possible is being considered presently. Right now, I don't believe there is API for Atlas objects aside from the Teams REST API.
