Kudos given to a Team do not appear on the Team's Kudos tab

I gave Kudos to the team "DISA - CDP" twice — once from the team's profile page and once directly from the Kudos tab — and neither Kudos entry is appearing. It has been over 20 minutes since the first one was given. The Kudos tab still shows the empty state: "Your team's kudos will appear here."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the DISA - CDP team page → Kudos tab

2. Click "Give kudos" and submit Kudos to the team

3. Observe that the Kudos tab remains empty

Expected result: The Kudos should appear on the team's Kudos tab.

Actual result: The Kudos tab shows the empty state despite Kudos being successfully submitted (confirmation was received).

Hello Heidi,

This matches a known Atlassian bug: JRACLOUD-95105 – Kudos Not Displayed on Teams Page. The submission succeeds, but they never appear on the page, and there is currently no workaround.

I highly recommend opening a ticket with Atlassian Support to link your instance to this bug. Also, for privacy, it is best to remove your team URL and screenshots from this public post and share them securely with Support instead.
