Issues to register as a non-profit

Hi dears, I wanted to register my organization as a non-profit but when asked for a Registry name, I can only select one option from the dropdown menu, while I'd rather write my Registry name. I don't know if it's a bug or not, but it blocks my process. How can I resolve this? There is no support service to help. Thank you so much!

@Nelly Poliakov - I think this behaviour is actually intended. If I got it right, you're from Armenia and the one entry listed translates to sth. like "Ministry of Justice".

The registry is not about the name of your nonprofit organization but the name of the authority in your country which manages nonprofits. E.g. in my case if I select Germany and also the option "I can't find my organization", I can select different registries where nonprofits are registered.

I recommend to fill it out to the best of your knowledge. Once you've filled it out, a Jira Service Management request is created for you - you can then comment on that ticket to ask your questions - and they land with the right team.

If you still encounter problems, don't hesitate to ask again.

Ok, I was also thinking of filling it out selecting that one single entry and then see what happens and how to move forward. I might do that. Thanks a lot!

If you're a nonprofit registered with the Registry listed for Armenia, then selecting that option will work. 

Is there another registry that your organisation is registered with instead?

Yes, it is registered with THE H HOVNANIAN FAMILY FOUNDATION INC

Should I send an email or my answer is enough? I really want to set up this Trello account for our NGO this month. Thanks a lot!
