I want to add a dropdown with preset options to our Atlassian Projects view. (This is a question about Atlassian Home, NOT about the Atlassian Jira product.)
We have separate workstreams, and when sharing the list of projects with stakeholders, I want to filter down to those specific workstreams (like "EHR / eMAR" and "Financial & Payments") that are related to the stakeholder group's interest.
I do not want to use tags, because those seem too granular and more about general themes across projects, not assigned workstream teams. I don't want to use teams, because those are too broad — like Design or Engineering or product-level like Staff Scheduling or Care Management. People across teams will touch different parts of workstream projects.
