Hi @Dan Wolfson ,

To get your money back, you must contact the billing team:

Go to the https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Select Billing, pricing and licensing.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
