I can't remove organization

Hello,

I want to permanently delete my Atlassian organization and all associated data.

Organization ID:
d9490478-d24c-44b9-8997-39ef0879fec9

Site:
klogs-x

Service Collection entitlement:
E-44C-NBS-ZYR-96W

The Service Collection subscription has already been deactivated.

However, under:

Organization settings → Profile → Delete organization → Outstanding steps

I still see the following requirement:

“Remove platform apps and Rovo — Contact Support to request removal of platform apps and Rovo.”

Please remove all platform apps and Rovo associated with this organization so that I can permanently delete the organization.

I do not need to retain any data, apps, sites, or Rovo data associated with this organization.

If possible, please also confirm whether there is any remaining grace or retention period preventing the organization from being deleted.

Since the org deletion is currently blocked by the remaining platform apps/Rovo entitlement, you’ll need to reach out to Pricing, Billing & Licensing team and ask them to remove the remaining subscription/entitlement from the organization. 👈 (not that user friendly, I know...)

There is something like Your Account > Remove subscription

Once that has been removed, you should be able to proceed with deleting the organization.

I’m having a similar issue with an Atlassian organization deletion. If the Service Collection has already been deactivated, it sounds like the remaining step requires Atlassian Support to remove the platform apps and Rovo before the organization can be deleted.

I’d recommend opening a Support request and providing the organization ID, site name, and entitlement details you listed. They should be able to confirm what is still attached to the organization and whether any retention/grace period applies.

Hopefully Support can clear that final requirement for you.
