I wrote an update into the project A. After correct it and wrote again in the right project B, I want to delete the update to mantain the project A clean.
How can I do this?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
As long as your update is for the current week, there is still a delete link to delete the comment.
For older updates, delete is no longer there, but I do see there is an Edit option that allows you to replace the update with something else, e.g. a message explaining you removed the update as it was on the wrong project.
