How do you edit or set the target date for a project in Atlas?

Hello!

I am trying out Atlas for tracking our product priorities for the upcoming quarter. On the first project, I synced it with a related Epic from Jira, and when it synced, it set the target date automatically.

For the rest of the projects, when I sync, it's not setting the target date. 

How do I manually edit the target date on a project? Is there a permission thing that I'm missing?

Hi Drew,

Thanks for the feedback - I'm not sure why it's not syncing with the project. I can tell you that to manually change the target date, you need to post an update for the project, with the rationale being that changes to a target warrants an explanation to followers.

Let me know if this works and then also updates the Due Date on the Epic.

It would be really helpful if you could set an initial target date on creation of the project - that initial target isn't a project update.
