Help me to delete Atlassian products

Please hele me to delete Atlassian product which were added inadvertently

If you want to remove products from your instance in this place:

You can choose product such as Confluence -> Manage and by pressing on ... cancel subscription.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

if Jira and Confluence were added by mistake, you can remove them directly from your site via admin.atlassian.com.

What to do:

Go to admin.atlassian.com

Select your Organization, then pick the correct Site (e.g. yourname.atlassian.net)

Open Billing Subscriptions

Locate Jira and Confluence

Click Cancel / Delete subscription (the button text can vary depending on the billing view)

Once cancelled, the products will be deactivated and effectively removed from that site.
